  • New uverse customer and very disappointed. The truth of the matter is that all in all the evil empire known as comcast is still the best bet in every way except the ridiculous prices you have to pay for it.

    I have had pretty much every service you can name and even though comcast has the highest rates of all they are also the most reliable for cable and internet. get me wrong, I have zero love for comcast, they are thieves like all the rest, but at least they have more HD content and less picture freezing than at and …….t

    They are actually all a joke and no matter which you choose you will find something to complain about. a bs situation and I never thought I would say comcast is the better choice, but after and then at and……t I have to. I have also had dish network, direct tv as well.

    Inept customer service across the board for all service providers, stupid high prices everywhere, and to try and get a problem solved is useless. All this being said, if you can afford it and mind wasting your money then comcast is your best bet in my long experience.

    Here is a better idea……..take your kids to the park or volunteer in a soup kitchen. Then cancel all your cable services. Fuck em and if more people cancelled then the prices for all would go down dramatically. Yeah that will happen with all the brain dead couch potatoes in American society:)

    Oh yeah, I wonder how many comcast/dish/ direct tv employees posted here to defend at and……..t? several I bet.
